MNC News is an independent American news site covering breaking news, politics, the world, business, technology, entertainment, health, sport and the weather — with filmed reporting and live coverage around the clock.
What we do
The newsroom runs across twelve sections. We organize the site the way a broadcast newsroom organizes a day: the front page carries what matters most right now, section pages give the fuller picture, and topic pages pull a single subject together across sections. Alongside breaking news we produce investigations, data journalism, explainers and video.
We think readers want fewer stories worth their time rather than more stories in general — so everything that reaches the front page has been chosen over something else.
Editorial independence
- We take no sponsorship that affects editorial content, and there is no advertising on the site.
- Factual errors are corrected prominently in the original story, with the time of the correction noted.
- Where a story touches an organization we have a relationship with, that relationship is disclosed in the text.
- The reviews desk buys what it tests. We do not accept review samples, and we do not take affiliate commission.

This site is in trial operation. The stories published here are newsroom drafts, written by the editorial team to build and test the page templates. The people, organizations, quotations and figures in them are written for that purpose. They describe no real person, company or event, and they should not be cited as reported fact. This notice will be removed when a live editorial process is connected.
Photographs come from freely licensed material on Wikimedia Commons. They illustrate the layout and have no connection to the text beside them. Every image, its author and its licence are listed on the picture credits page.

MNC News is independently operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or connected to any broadcaster, network or media organization with a similar name or similar initials.
